Noel Group, specialists in Construction & Engineering recruitment, has been retained by our Client-a highly regarded head contractor specializing in Commercial, Industrial, and Residential builds-to hire Site Managers for their expanding teams in Dublin and Cork.
This role is for a construction professional who takes pride in high-quality delivery and wants to work with a "well-respected" name in the industry.
Mandatory Requirements To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria: Irish Project Experience: A proven track record of successfully delivering Commercial, Residential, or Industrial projects specifically within Ireland.
Employment Rights: You must possess full, unrestricted entitlement to work in Ireland (EU Passport, Stamp 4, or similar).

Key Responsibilities On-Site Leadership: Oversee daily operations and coordinate all trades to ensure a seamless workflow.
Safety Management: Implement and maintain rigorous Health & Safety standards (HSA compliance) on-site.
Programming: Monitor progress against project schedules and proactively manage milestones.
Quality Excellence: Ensure all builds meet the high standards and specifications our client is known for.
Stakeholder Management: Maintain clear communication with Project Managers, subcontractors, and clients.
Qualifications & Skills Background: A degree in Construction Management/Engineering or a strong trade-based background with significant site management experience.
Certifications: Valid Safe Pass and relevant Management CSR/CIF cards.
Communication: Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage diverse site teams.
