Experienced butcher required to work in our Butcher Shop at 16 Pearse Street, Clonakilty, West Cork.Main Duties:Meat preparationWeight, price and package meat products as requiredOver counter sales and customer serviceEnsure merchandising, presentation and rotation of the stock is to the highest standardHelping with customer queries, including recipes suggestions and cooking advice.Adhering to all HACCP and food safety standardsAbout You:Minimum of 2 years experience as a butcherExcellent communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a team and work on your own initiative in a fast-paced environment, ability to multi task under pressureA passion for food and the ability to inspire shoppersPrevious customer service experienceWorking Week for this person will be Tuesday to Saturday 8:30- 18:00Job Types: Full-time, PermanentAbility to commute/relocate:Clonakilty, CO.
