The Role
We are looking for
General Operatives
to join our team in Ballymount. We are looking for employees for both the morning shift and evening shift. As a General Operative, you will play an important role in ensuring products are processed, packaged, and delivered to our customers to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Unloading soiled laundry from delivery trolleys, sorting, washing, drying, and finishing residents' clothing according to operational procedures.
* Operating machinery safely and efficiently.
* Inspecting garments for quality and reprocessing where required.
* Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
* Following all health and safety protocols, including PPE requirements.
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets.
* Reporting equipment faults or safety hazards promptly.
Requirements
* Previous experience in an industrial laundry or production environment desirable but not essential - full training provided.
* Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines.
* Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
* Reliable and punctual, with a positive team attitude.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday (including Bank Holidays)
plus one Saturday or Sunday every two weeks
