Fermoy facility is seeking a sales professional to join its team. This role involves managing customer relationships, working closely with the sales team, and achieving agreed targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Account management and repeat selling over the phone to an established customer base.
* Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
* Utilize knowledge of ERP systems for order processing, if applicable.
* Record relevant market information into CRM.
* Coordinate sales requirements with the production department.
* Resolve customer queries and issues.
* Perform general office administration tasks.
Candidate Requirements:
This role is suitable for individuals who enjoy selling, are achievement-oriented, and thrive in challenging environments. A third-level qualification and/or 3-5 years of sales experience would be advantageous.
The ideal candidate will possess:
* A strong enthusiasm for sales and a desire to develop their long-term career.
* Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
* A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* The flexibility to travel to different locations as required.
