Responsibilities
:
1. Lead and support AML-related regulatory initiatives across various entity types: Corporate, Listed, and Private firms
2. Perform regulatory gap analysis and contribute to remediation planning
3. Support BAU AML tasks as needed
4. Deliver multiple workstreams in a dynamic, regulatory-driven environment
5. Ensure timely delivery against strict deadlines
6. Provide insights and experience to enhance client oues
7. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Regulatory Expertise:
Knowledge and experience in one or more of the following regulatory regimes is highly desirable:
8. Transaction Reporting - EMIR, MiFID, MAS, ASIC, HKMA
9. CSDR / T+1 - Settlement efficiency factors
10. DORA / Operational Resilience / Critical Third-Party Regime
11. Consumer Duty / Consumerplaints
Skills and experience:
12. Hands-on experience in AML roles across different entity types
13. Experience in Capital Markets is beneficial
14. Strongmercial attitude and client relationship management skills
15. Experience in Capital Management, Operations, Middle Office, Operational Risk, Liquidity Management is a plus
16. Exposure to regulatory frameworks such as MiFID II / MiFIR, Basel, IBOR, FRTB, CRD & CRR, SFTR, Operational Resilience
17. Previous consulting experience is desirable
18. Project Management certification is a plus

This is a fixed term contract position located in Dublin. Expectations regarding hybrid working: As we are a Service Provider and Consulting firm servicing clients, our policy for physically working from the office (which may be the client's offices or our own offices depending on the client) aligns to what our client's policies and expectations are and these vary. Most of our client's now require a minimum of 3 days per week in the office, 2 days from home, and accordingly this is also the minimum expectation that Delta Capita require.
