We're partnering with a leading organisation who are looking for a commercially driven Key Account Executive to take ownership of sales and key relationships across Ireland. This is a role for someone who enjoys building trust with clients, solving technical challenges, and being close to major construction projects.What You'll Be DoingGrowing sales and meeting annual targets.Managing existing accounts while identifying and securing new business.Acting as the go-to contact for contractors, architects, and specifiers.Coordinating project specifications with internal technical teams.Staying on top of market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.Supporting smooth project delivery from tender through to installation.Providing accurate reporting and insights to the leadership team.Representing the business at industry events and client meetings.What We're Looking For3+ years in a client-facing sales or account management role, ideally in construction, building materials, or technical projects.A track record of winning work and managing multiple stakeholders.Strong knowledge of the Irish construction market and experience working with contractors, architects, and consultants.A degree in business, construction management, engineering, architecture, or similar (preferred).A full driving license and valid passport for travel.What is on offer:Competitive salary DOEBonusPensionExcellent Company CultureProgression Opportunities
