I am currently hiring for a Business Development Manager for a Field Sales opportunity based in the West of Ireland.
This position will play a key role in shaping and delivering a strong sales strategy on the retail side of the business.
In this role, you'll work closely with existing retail partners to support their business needs while also driving new partnership opportunities across the region. You'll combine face-to-face and phone-based relationship building with networking at key industry events to generate growth and strengthen our presence in the market.
Key Responsibilities
* Drive sales growth across the region and collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities.
* Grow and maintain the customer base, delivering on sales and margin targets.
* Identify and onboard new retail sites, while expanding product offerings at existing locations
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
* Gather and share market insights to inform strategy.
* Ensure compliance with brand and operational standards across all locations.
* Represent the business at industry events and networking opportunities.
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years' proven experience in sales and business development.
* A track record of achieving KPIs and delivering sales plans.
* Strong key account management and customer service skills.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation abilities.
* Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders and building positive relationships.
* Proficiency (or willingness to learn) CRM systems
* Commercial acumen and strategic sales planning experience.
* A proactive, independent, and solutions-focused mindset.
* Full, clean driving license and vehicle essential (regular travel required).
