Deputy General Manager Wanted for Busy Hotel
We are seeking an experienced Deputy General Manager to lead the operations of our clients' well-established hotel in County Cork.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily hotel operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for guests.
* Oversee Departmental Managers, providing guidance and support as needed.
* Maintain excellent communication, leadership, organisational, and time management skills.
* Promote a welcoming atmosphere, enhancing the guest/customer experience.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
* Hospitality qualification is considered an advantage.
* Financial experience is essential.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and hotel CRM systems is required.
Offer:
* Competitive salary between €60,000 - €65,000 dependent on experience.
