Job Title: Facilities Coordinator
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our facilities function, you will be responsible for ensuring the general upkeep and appearance of each site are to the highest standard.
Main Responsibilities:
* Assist in the management of the facilities function, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* Respond to soft service calls and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional demeanor.
* Set up and support meeting rooms according to client requests, ensuring all necessary equipment is available.
* Conduct site inspections to identify and report maintenance issues, hazards, and incidents.
* Maintain accurate reporting through monthly timesheets and operational reports.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:
* Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
* Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
* Previous customer service experience with a professional approach.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and fluency in English.
* Flexibility to work weekends and after hours as needed.
