We are currently recruiting a
Warehouse & Stock Administrator
to join a busy and growing operation in
Mayo
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across both
warehouse and office environments
, ensuring smooth coordination between stock control and internal sales teams.
The Role
You will work closely with the warehouse and internal sales office teams, taking responsibility for
stock control and warehouse administration
to support efficient day-to-day operations.
Key Duties
* Process
customer returns
and ensure timely credits.
* Manage
stock administration
using the ERP system.
* Carry out
stock adjustments
and maintain accurate inventory records.
* Support a
clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment
.
* Assist with warehouse duties during busy periods.
What we're looking for
* 1–2 years' experience in a
warehouse or stock admin
role.
* Strong
Excel and IT skills
.
* ERP system experience an advantage (training provided).
* Excellent
organisation, communication, and attention to detail
.
