Responsibilities

1. Team Collaboration and Contribution: Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction. Participate actively in team meetings, contributing ideas to improve sales processes, product offerings, and client experiences. Work with Quality Assessment Teams to receive feedback and implement improvements in sales techniques and client interactions. Provide proactive insights to sales support and QA teams to enhance team performance and client outcomes.
2. Self-Development and Training: Engage in continuous learning through web-based training, certifications, and day-to-day work to expand industry and product knowledge. Attend feedback sessions and training programs to refine sales skills, negotiation techniques, and product expertise. Stay updated on advancements in sales tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software to maintain a competitive edge.
3. Operational Discipline: Maintain excellent attendance, punctuality, and readiness to start shifts on time, ensuring consistent availability for client engagement. Meet or exceed quarterly sales quotas through disciplined outreach, follow-ups, and pipeline management. Participate in occasional travel for training, knowledge transfer, or client meetings, adhering to company travel policies and local legal requirements.

Skills Required

1. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate value propositions, negotiate deals, and build client trust.
2. Strong presentation skills to deliver compelling pitches, case studies, and performance reports to diverse audiences.
3. Ability to conduct discovery conversations, uncovering client needs and aligning solutions to their goals.
4. Analytical and Data-Driven Decision Making: Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign performance, sales metrics, and market trends. Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, CRM platforms) to drive data-informed decisions. Ability to identify patterns, troubleshoot issues, and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
5. Sales and Negotiation: Very good negotiation skills to close deals, manage objections, and secure client commitments. Expertise in consultative selling, focusing on client goals and delivering tailored solutions. Ability to manage high-volume outbound and inbound calls with a focus on conversion and client satisfaction.
6. Adaptability and Resilience: Flexibility to work across industries, products, and sales motions (B2B, B2C, enterprise, SMB). Ability to thrive under pressure, managing multiple campaigns and client portfolios simultaneously. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and opportunity identification.
7. Teamwork and Collaboration: Strong team player with a collaborative mindset, contributing to team targets and sharing best practices. Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
8. Customer Orientation: Enthusiastic, courteous, and assertive approach to client engagement, with a focus on delivering exceptional service. Initiative and creativity in tailoring solutions to meet diverse client needs.
9. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot), sales enablement tools (Clari, Steelbrick CPQ), and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with advertising platforms (Google Ads, social media advertising) and e-commerce ecosystems.
10. Language Proficiency: Full proficiency in English (written and spoken, minimum C1 level). Additional language proficiency (German, French, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese) is highly desirable for global client engagement.

Other Skills (Preferred)

1. Specific knowledge of social media platforms, their advertising solutions, and user/creator behaviors.
2. Advanced understanding of digital advertising metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS) and optimization strategies.
3. Familiarity with enterprise-level sales tools (SFDC, Clari) and CPQ platforms.
4. Experience with storytelling and case study development to influence client decisions.
5. Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, IoT, VR, cloud computing) and their applications in sales.
6. Certifications in sales methodologies (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sale) or industry-specific training (Google Ads, AWS Cloud Practitioner).
7. Interest in expanding industry knowledge through continuous learning and certifications.

Minimum Experience and Requirements

1. 2-3 years of sales experience, with at least 1 year in outbound sales, relationship sales, ad sales, digital marketing, or telemarketing.
2. 1-2 years of experience managing B2B or B2C client portfolios, with a focus on renewals, up-sells, or cross-sells.
3. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota-based sales targets.
4. Arabic C1 level required.

Product/Service Experience (Preferred)

1. Experience selling technology-driven products/services, such as SaaS, cloud solutions, cybersecurity, digital advertising, or e-commerce advertising.
2. Familiarity with managing campaigns or subscriptions, including setup, optimization, and performance analysis.
3. Exposure to CRM systems for logging client interactions and managing sales pipelines.

Client Target Market Experience (Required)

1. Experience engaging with small to medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and/or enterprise clients.
2. Ability to sell to decision-makers at various levels, including heads of IT, marketing, or operations, and C-suite executives.
3. Understanding of industry-specific challenges in sectors such as technology, retail, e-commerce, media, or professional services.

Preferred Experience

1. 2-3 years of B2B tech sales experience, with a focus on enterprise accounts.
2. Prior inside sales experience with emphasis on outbound and inbound calling.
3. Experience selling to senior decision-makers (heads of IT infrastructure, CMOs, CIOs) in complex sales cycles.
4. Expertise in industries such as cybersecurity, cloud architecture, or digital advertising.
5. Proven success in managing high-volume client portfolios with revenue growth.
6. Experience with advanced sales tools (SFDC, Clari, Steelbrick CPQ) and analytics platforms.
7. Background in customer success, account management, or lead generation roles.

Minimum Education

1. Secondary school diploma or equivalent required.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, Technology, or related field preferred.
3. Equivalent certifications or vocational training may be considered in lieu of a degree.

Operating Model (Hybrid)

1. Flexibility to work 5 days per week in office as required.
2. Must reside within given boundary limits.
