Clare facility and will be a part of the Formulations group and report to the Formulations Supervisor.Hours are: DaysMonday to Thursday: 08:00-16:00Friday: 08:00-15:00EveningsMonday to Thursday: 16:00-00:00Friday: 15:00-22:00In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Manufacture CSCA ,Clinical Chemistry & Immunology ReagentsIn process analyzer testing of Immunology ProductsFailure Investigation where required on non-conforming product/OOSPrepare and maintain Production Procedures to comply with current practices and required Quality Standards.Calibration and maintenance of Production equipment.Tank cleaning and use and maintenance of CIP systemUpkeep of neat and accurate written records as per relevant Formulation procedures.Compliance with set Housekeeping / Safety / Environmental standards and regulations within the department.Ability to communicate well both within and outside the department with peers and colleaguesSelf-starter with ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team, requires moderate supervisionIntensive knowledge of GMP and safety practices.Can deliver basic presentationsThe essential requirements of the job include: Bachelors Degree with 0-2 years' experience in a Laboratoryenvironment with good working knowledge of laboratory techniques.Familiarity with basic laboratory equipment such as analytical balance, pH meter, pipettes, fume hoods, spectrophotometers, etc.Knowledge of in process test equipment.It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Previous industrial formulating/compounding experience is preferable.Join our winning team today.
