What You’ll Be Doing:
Reaching out to potential DACH-region clients via phone, LinkedIn, and email—all with coaching at your side.
Working alongside experienced sales professionals who are invested in your growth.
Learning to generate leads, qualify opportunities, and understand how software sales actually works—all in an energetic Dublin-based office.
What You Need:
Fluency in German is essential.
Enthusiasm, curiosity, and a real desire to kickstart your professional journey.
Openness to learn and step beyond your comfort zone.
Ability to work in Dublin, with onsite presence required each Wednesday and Thursday.
What You’ll Get:
€45,000 basic salary plus €30,000 commission (OTE: €75,000)—many SDRs earn even more.
