We are hiring for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our Energetic and Growing team at Eirkoo Recruitment!
With over 30 years of local and international recruitment experience, Eirkoo specialises in sourcing professionals across the fields of Accountancy, Finance, Insurance, Compliance, and Wealth Management, with specialist Consultants in each field.
Eirkoo’s aim is to represent the best candidates and clients in the Irish market as well as drawing on our international network to assist in repatriating expats.
Responsibilities
* This is a 360 recruitment role in which you will be given extensive training and guidance in.
* The role will require you to cold call, develop your own brand / network, meet with clients and candidates on occasion, head-hunt, screen candidates and manage relationships with both clients and candidates.

Ideal Candidate
* Previous experience in recruitment is required
* Experience in Insurance industry or recruiting for insurance roles is an advantage
* Strong communicator and interpersonal skills
* Proficient in MS Office systems
* Target driven with strong customer service skills
* Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
