Key Operations Role
We are seeking a highly proactive and hands-on professional to oversee the day-to-day running of our busy practice. This role is ideal for someone who excels in both leadership and hands-on problem-solving.
Responsibilities:
* Manage daily operations, including management meetings and action follow-through.
* Lead IT systems and suppliers, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth rollouts.
* Streamline processes across billing, filing, accounts payable, scheduling, and reporting.
* Manage and mentor a small operations/admin team.
* Take charge of Partner schedules, resolving conflicts and maximizing efficiency.
* Run HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, admin, and staff engagement.
* Support managers with performance, change, and people development.
* Oversee facilities, suppliers, and office inventory.
* Keep our website up to date.
* Deliver special projects, including process redesigns and compliance initiatives.
About You:
* Proven experience in operations/management with strong commercial acumen.
* Professional services background (accountancy, legal, consulting, or similar) preferred.
* Able to work independently and collaboratively.
* Strong communicator and influencer at all levels.
* Tech-savvy, with Microsoft Office and CRM/practice management know-how.
