This is a fantastic opportunity to join a prestigious main contractor and work with like-minded people on award winning multi-million euro projects.We’re looking for an experienced Contracts Manager to join our growing team in the Dublin region. You’ll take the lead across multiple construction projects, ensuring they’re delivered safely, on time, within budget and to a high standard.This is a hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, and site teams, while also maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.ResponsibilitiesOversee multiple projects from pre-construction through to completionChair pre-contract and close-out meetings, including lessons learned reviewsSupport early design coordination and subcontractor engagementMonitor site operations, logistics and overall performanceEnsure strong coordination across all trades and disciplinesIdentify risks to programme early and put mitigation plans in placeMonitor progress on site and ensure programmes are regularly updatedEnsure subcontractors are aligned with programme requirementsManage delays in line with contract obligations, including noticesWork with the QS and PM to manage budgets and procurementEnsure all work packages are clearly defined and scopedMonitor costs and identify risks earlySupport the management and resolution of claims and disputesPromote a strong safety culture across all sitesEnsure compliance with company and statutory H&S requirementsReview incidents and ensure proper close-outDrive high quality delivery across all projectsEnsure QA systems, inspections and documentation are in placeSupport teams in achieving strong handover standardsLead and support project teams, including performance managementBuild strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and consultantsEnsure clear, professional communication across all levelsRequirementsProven experience as a Contracts Manager or Senior Project Manager in constructionStrong knowledge of Irish construction contracts and BCAR requirementsExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and teamsCommercial awareness and problem solving mindsetA proactive, hands-on approachWhat JJR can offerCompetitive salary and benefits packageOpportunities to work on challenging projects and assignmentsCareer progression within a growing companySupportive and collaborative team environmentIf you feel you have the required skills and experience and are interested in joining a highly respected company with the opportunity to progress your career, we would be interested in hearing from you.
