Internal Sales Executive
A highly motivated and proactive individual is required to drive business growth and expansion within our dynamic company, a major supplier to the medical, defence and aerospace industries.
The Role:
* Prospecting: Identify and engage with new potential clients, establishing initial contact and building a pipeline of opportunities.
* Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with both new and existing customers.
* Proactive Communication: Engage customers via phone, email & Video Calls, showcasing your ability to listen, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
* Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial enquiry to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.
* Market Insight: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
* Collaboration: Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and on-time deliveries.
The Person:
* Experience: Previous experience in a sales role, ideally in a B2B or industrial environment, is preferred but not essential.
* Communication Skills: A confident, persuasive, and professional phone manner is a must.
* Drive and Initiative: You take pride in your ability to prospect, self-motivate, and meet sales targets.
* Relationship Builder: Natural ability to build rapport with clients and foster long-term partnerships.
* Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools to manage leads and track progress.
What you will receive:
* £28,000 - £30,000 Basic Salary
* Annual Bonus (Uncapped)
