Ballyseede Castle Hotel is currently recruiting for a Night Manager to join our team on a permanent, year-round basis, with a start date asap.

Role Overview
This position has consistent weekly hours of approximately 39 hours per week (with the opportunity for additional hours if desired).
We operate as a close-knit team, and you will not be left alone during exceptionally busy periods. Support and collaboration are core to our working culture.
Key Responsibilities
Guest assistance and late check-ins
Security and property checks throughout the night
Setting up function rooms and public areas
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation standards
Handling basic guest queries professionally and efficiently
Preparing and serving beverages and cocktails to a high standard
Providing friendly and professional customer service
Maintaining bar cleanliness and stock control
Working efficiently during busy service periods
Candidate Requirements
Experience as a Night Porter.
Strong customer service and communication skills
Reliable, trustworthy, and self‑motivated
Ability to work night shifts and weekends
A positive, team‑focused attitude
