This is a key role within a dynamic IT Business Systems team, supporting and enhancing critical HR and Payroll systems across a large enterprise environment.About the RoleAs anOracle E-Business Suite Senior Analyst, you'll design, develop, and support integration and enhancement solutions within theOracle HRMS suite (E-BS 12.2). Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll translate complex requirements into functional and technical solutions, driving efficiency and continuous improvement across HR processes.Your Responsibilities:Act as a key liaison between HR, Payroll, and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver robust Oracle HRMS solutions.Configure and enhance core HR modules, including Flex-fields, Employee Templates, and Information Types.Design and develop Oracle e-BS custom solutions using PL/SQL, APEX, Forms, and Reports .Support and maintain HR systems, resolving issues and delivering system upgrades and migrations.Collaborate with Oracle Support and cross-functional teams to ensure system stability and optimal performance.About You:5+ years' experience working with Oracle HRMS and Payroll modules in an enterprise environment.Strong hands-on knowledge of Oracle e-BS HRMS configurations and development (PL/SQL) .Familiarity with APEX, BI/XML Publisher, and Oracle Cloud solutions (advantageous).Proven ability to convert business requirements into detailed technical specifications.Excellent communication and documentation skills, with a proactive and analytical mindset.Why Join?You'll be part of a collaborative and forward-thinking IT team within a market-leading retail group that values innovation, learning, and career growth.
