The Senior Operations Manager plays a key role in overseeing all hotel operations, including Rooms Division, Food and Beverage, Conferences & Banqueting, Sales and Marketing, Finance, and Administration.
This includes ensuring guests receive superior service and a positive experience during their stay, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally. The Senior Operations Manager also builds and maintains positive relationships with guests, corporate clients, vendors, and local community stakeholders.
Maintenance efforts focus on maintaining all facilities in good working condition, while implementing high standards of service and cleanliness throughout the hotel. Regular safety drills are conducted with relevant departments, and compliance with health and safety regulations and best practices is ensured in food handling, preparation and service.
To drive excellence, training sessions for staff improve their skills, knowledge and service standards, while employee development and training initiatives enhance skills and knowledge within the team. Quality standards across all hotel operations, including cleanliness, safety, and guest service, are monitored and maintained by the team.
1. Develop and implement strategic plans and objectives for the F&B department, aligning with overall goals and vision.
2. Work closely with the culinary Team to design innovative menus catering to target market preferences and seasonal trends.
3. Maintain quality control measures to ensure high standards of taste, presentation and service.
The Senior Operations Manager also oversees inventory levels for operational supplies, planning and execution of special events, banquets and catering services involve close work with the events Team and clients. Strong financial acumen is required for budget management, financial analysis, and decision-making.
