Job Description
ZFB Co & Retail Limited T/A Star Max in 87 North Main Street, Co. Cork is looking for 3 Chef de Partie to join our team. Applicants must have 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with expertise in kitchen management, portion control, and HACCP compliance. Key responsibilities include preparing authentic Indian dishes, curries, and kebabs using traditional techniques (spice blending, fresh dough/sauce preparation) and specialist equipment like a Tandoor oven. Candidates will manage stock, minimize food waste, assist head chef in developing new dishes.
Salary is €36,605/annum on 39-hour/week.
