Contract: Permanent
Salary: Competitive including uncapped commission structure available in this role + company car
Location: Porlaoise Field based in Midlands area

Due to ongoing growth, we're seeking a driven and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our sales team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to accelerate their career in a dynamic and innovative environment.
You'll be responsible for managing an established customer base while actively identifying and securing new business opportunities, specifically for
Hyster Forklift Trucks
and
Combilift equipment
.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow your territory, ensuring strong engagement with both existing and prospective clients.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
Achieve and exceed sales targets for Hyster and associated agency equipment.
Develop tailored sales strategies by understanding customer needs and mitigating potential risks.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure seamless integration of customer requirements into operational processes.
Leverage insights from local and national markets to support strategic sales initiatives.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects through proactive lead generation.
Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of quality solutions and services.
What you'll bring
Proven experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within the equipment or industrial sectors.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for building lasting client relationships.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Self-motivated, capable of working independently and collaboratively.
A full, clean driving licence is essential.
