Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Funds Lawyer to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in fund management and regulation, with a strong understanding of the legal frameworks governing asset managers.

1. A minimum of 3 years' post-qualification experience as a Solicitor in Ireland or England.
2. Strong technical skills, with expertise in drafting key fund documentation such as prospectuses and supplements.
3. An interest in working on mandates that don't fit traditional private funds roles, including joint venture agreements and occasional M&A transactions in the funds space.
