Job Description: JOB SUMMARY Join emagine as a Senior Business Analyst Consultant, focusing on an exciting transformation initiative.
The ideal consultant will bring expertise in agile methodologies and a strong background in process optimization and change management.
Collaborate closely with our clients while being supported by the emagine team in a quality-driven environment.
This role presents a unique opportunity to gain invaluable experience within one of the world's leading aviation leasing platforms.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES Organize and facilitate discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders.
Identify and resolve business process issues across multiple business lines.
Utilize strong analytical skills to gather requirements and identify inefficiencies.
Develop familiarity with the existing system landscape to inform future solutions.
Prepare comprehensive project estimates and effectively communicate requirements.
Adhere to agile SCRUM processes to deliver continuous improvement.
Coordinate user testing and support evaluation of applications.
KEY REQUIREMENTS Proven experience as a business analyst or product owner in large delivery programs.
Strong skills in requirements gathering, workshops, and process analysis.
Self-starter with a proactive and independent work ethic.
Ability to juggle competing demands with excellent time management skills.
Advanced data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Experience engaging with C-Suite stakeholders.
Familiarity with remote collaboration tools and methodologies.
Degree in Information Technology or Sciences.
NICE TO HAVE Experience in application support and training.
Knowledge of UX design principles.
Understanding of conceptual data modeling.
Background in aircraft leasing or financial services.
OTHER DETAILS This role can either be based in Dublin or Shannon, with 2 days a week onsite in the clients office.
