The Role
* Provide secretarial and administrative support to the Litigation team
* Draft, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence
* Manage dictation, diaries, and court-related deadlines
* Assist with file management, billing, and document organisation
* Liaise with clients, counsel, and court offices as required
* Support the team with day-to-day litigation administration
The Person
* At least 2 year's experience working as a Legal Secretary in a litigation
* Strong typing, formatting, and document production skills
* Good understanding of litigation processes and court procedures
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Professional communication skills and ability to manage confidential information
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal case management systems
