Job title: Business Administrator Contract length: 18 months initially (36 month project) Location: Shannon, County Clare (in office 1 day per week, remote working also available) Pay rate: Flexible, dependent on experience Digital Industries Software is a leading on-premise and cloud positioned Software provider for Startups and Enterprises big and small. DISWs Finance Operations (FinOPs) team is a global organisation responsible for both the end-to-end revenue operations transaction processing, as well as operating as a transformation engine for DISW as we evolve our business. A Business Administrator plays a crucial role in designing, analysing, and optimising business processes to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer experience, and align business strategies with technology solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who can collaborate across departments to ensure seamless process integration and continuous improvement. The successful will join the Order to Cash (O2C) Strategy & Transformation team which is part of the FinOps organisation and will have the opportunity to participate in impactful transformation initiatives in a dynamic and innovative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, document, and optimise business processes to drive efficiency in line with company strategic initiatives. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business needs into actionable deliverables for IT Conduct in-depth process analysis, and identify opportunities for automation and improvement. Develop and maintain process documentation and workflows to ensure consistency and scalability. Lead business process meetings with clear agenda, expectations and actionable next steps Serve as a liaison between business partners and IT teams, ensuring technology solutions meet business needs. Apply a customer-focused approach, using process insights to understand and illustrate business problems. Work closely with development teams to ensure alignment between business requirements and solution testing. Ability to drive cultural change by advocating for data driven decision making, challenging the status quo. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Business or related discipline Experience in business process analysis, process improvement or business operations Experience working in an Order to Cash environment is a plus Proven experience in multitasking and delivering high-quality outputs in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Ability to communicate clearly to business and IT stakeholders Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage executives and cross-functional stakeholders. Strong ability to work collaboratively across all organization levels, demonstrating flexibility, adaptability, and teamwork. Track record of executing and delivering projects on time while working with cross-functional teams.
