Job Description:
Our team is currently seeking a Junior Mechanical Project Engineer to work on one of our projects in Cork. The successful candidate will join a hard-working ambitious team and benefit from a supportive culture, where their ideas and contributions will be recognised.
Key Accountabilities:
* Engage in Pre-Construction Engineering activities and produce information including design development, construction details, technical submittals, and sub-contracts
* Liaise with vendors, suppliers, sub-contractors, specialist designers, manufacturers etc. with respect to the specification validation value engineering of products equipment supplied to the project
* Liaise coordinate with clients other members of the design team contractors on technical commercial issues Develop build project cable cable termination schedules Clarify queries through request for information RFI system Prepare submit Technical Submittals for approval All reasonable tasks assigned from manager
