Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence efficiently.
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and court dates with minimal errors.
* Prepare, format, and proofread a range of documents, letters, and reports accurately.
* Organize and maintain physical and digital files effectively.
* Assist in filing legal documents with courts and government agencies on time.
* Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information at all times.
* Assist in drafting legal documents, including contracts, briefs, and memoranda with attention to detail.
* Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and case updates promptly.
* Coordinate travel arrangements and logistical support for legal staff with ease.
Qualifications & Experiences:
* A minimum Leaving Certificate with additional courses completed in legal studies or office administration is preferred.
* Prior experience in an administrative or secretarial role is highly advantageous.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and excellent typing skills are essential.
* Strong data entry and document management skills are required.
