Inventory Clerk
, for EVENING SHIFTwork in Parkmore area of Galway City.
Our client is a growing electronic and medical device production company, looking to add a person to assist with evening shift warehouse operations.
Job Description – Inventory Clerk:
Physically relocate inbound goods to the respective area in the warehouse
Inventory Control – managing inventory of the products, cycle counts and investigate discrepancies if identified.
Returns Management – both to suppliers and from customers.
Supporting the warehouse team in order fulfillment
Quality checks validations on the products at each stage of the process.
Working closely with procurement team to ensure that accuracy, quality, and reliability of the products are maintained.
Training of team members where required on inventory processes and controls.
Ensuring that stock room is maintained in a clean and orderly manner, and that stock items are reviewed regularly.
Hours of work:
Monday – Thursday, 14:*******:00
Friday, 13:*******:00
Total 38.5 hours per week
Rate of Pay:
€***** per hour (including shift allowance)
Job requirements – Inventory Clerk:
Previous experience in inventory/stockroom role– min 2years.
Effective communication skills, including written, speaking and active listening
Exceptional time management and organisational skills.
Strong problem solving and decision making ability.
Contract Type:
Full time
