Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Engineering Operations Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills.
The role involves managing day-to-day administrative duties within the Engineering department, supporting engineers and management to optimize workflow and departmental efficiency.
You will assist in reviewing, updating, and distributing engineering procedures to ensure all documentation reflects current practices and regulatory requirements.
In addition, you will oversee the issuance, tracking, and retention of engineering documents, ensuring all records are accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with document control policies.
Other responsibilities include supporting the procurement process by managing requisitions and purchase orders related to engineering projects, liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely processing.
You will also manage meeting room bookings for contractors and visitors who do not have access to the company system, as well as coordinate ad hoc meeting requests and logistics to support departmental activities.
Furthermore, you will coordinate training schedules, track attendance, and maintain training records for the Engineering department, ensuring compliance with internal and external training requirements.
