You will Lead high-volume manufacturing operations.
Your new job Key duties & responsibilities: Lead and motivate the team to achieve production goals while ensuring a safe and healthy work environment.
Ensure strict compliance with quality standards, regulations, and company procedures.
Identify and implement improvements to increase efficiency, save costs, and maximize the use of equipment.
Collaborate with various departments and external groups to maintain high standards and solve production-related issues.
Manage budgets, production forecasts, and adapt to changes in production requirements, like new product launches.
What are we looking for?
Bachelors degree Mechanical, Chemical, or Electrical Engineering.
At least 5 years of Senior leadership experience in a regulated manufacturing (preferably unionized environments).
Experience managing a department.
Strong understanding of lean principles, compliance regulations, and high-complexity production systems.
Strong Leadership skills with proven ability to manage people.
