Building Services Coordinator Role
Job Summary:
Our company is seeking a highly skilled Building Services Engineer to join our team as a key member responsible for coordinating all building services with other construction activities.
The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in specification, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning of services in commercial, industrial, educational and healthcare buildings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate building services with other construction activities from specification and procurement through to installation, testing and commissioning
* Ensure compliance with Company standards and programme through effective coordination of subcontractor activities
* Prepare detailed tender documentation and assist in the preparation of O & M manuals
* Assist design teams in the preparation of specifications, service drawings and architectural details
Requirements:
Candidates should have relevant 3rd level qualifications and at least three years experience gained either with a building contractor or in a skills transferable field.
Experience with relevant IT systems and knowledge of AutoCAD is required, as is the ability to work in teams, be organized, self-starting and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
Benefits:
