About the Role
The Temple Bar Hotel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sous Chef to join our culinary team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for supporting the Head Chef in managing the day-to-day operations of the kitchen.
Key Responsibilities
1. Supporting the Head Chef in ensuring efficient and high-quality service at all times
2. Liaising with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of ingredients
3. Maintaining accurate inventory levels and ordering stock as needed
4. Collaborating with other chefs to develop new menu ideas and recipes
5. Evaluating food presentation, taste, and consistency across all outlets
