We are currently seeking a highly motivated, creative, and skilled Senior or Staff Grade Clinical Psychologist to join our team.
Position Summary The Clinical Psychologist will deliver a range of psychological services to children and young people (ages 018+) and their families.
This role places a strong emphasis on neurodevelopmental assessments, and the successful candidatemust demonstrate experience and confidence in conducting comprehensive neurodevelopmental assessments in a neuroaffirmative manner.
The role also includes providing emotional support and therapeutic interventions in both in-person and online settings, supporting the unique needs of children and families.
The successful candidate will contribute to the development of webinars, online programmes, and digital resources aligned with the clinics mission and community reach.
This position offers flexibility, including the opportunity to work from home on certain days.
Key Responsibilities Conduct psychological assessments for children and young people (ages 318+), with a focus on neurodevelopmental conditions.
Deliver therapeutic interventions in both in-person and online settings.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team (psychology, speech therapy, occupational therapy) to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to care.
Develop and contribute to online programmes, webinars, and digital resources.
Write comprehensive clinical reports and liaise with schools and external agencies as required.
Participate in regular supervision and attend clinical team meetings.
Uphold and actively practise the clinics neuroaffirmative, strength-based philosophy.
Ensure timely and accurate record-keeping in compliance with GDPR and relevant regulations.
Essential Qualifications A degree in Psychology (QQI Level 8 or equivalent), with honours in Psychology as a major subject A POSTGRADUATE QUALIFICATION IN CLINICAL PSYCHOLOGY ACCREDITED BY THE PSYCHOLOGICAL SOCIETY OF IRELAND (PSI) Be a current Chartered Member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), or be eligible for Chartered Membership.

Demonstrated experience conducting neurodevelopmental assessments, with clear evidence of delivering these in a neuroaffirmative manner.
Experience working with children and families (ages 018), particularly those presenting with autism, ADHD, learning differences, or physical disabilities.
Full driving licence and access to personal transport.
Desirable Qualifications Experience working within a multidisciplinary team environment.
Experience working in disability services.
Experience and enthusiasm for creative online presence and digital programme development.
