Job Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support quality efforts on a large-scale project.
Key Responsibilities:
* Implement the Quality Assurance programme, ensuring activities comply with industry standards.
* Maintain a tracking system for daily progress monitoring.
* Act as a point of contact for QA-related tasks, escalating issues when necessary.
Audit Support
Conduct internal audits and support external audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specifications.
Documentation & Reporting
Prepare, review, and manage quality documentation, including reports and records.
Customer Liaison
Coordinate with customers to meet their quality expectations and provide documentation on QA procedures and outcomes.
Risk Management & Issue Resolution
Identify and report potential quality risks to prevent rework, delays, or quality failures.
Continuous Improvement
Support initiatives to enhance quality, reduce waste, and optimize processes.
