Production manager - Contract - 6 months - 1.0 FTE
We are currently partnering with Very fast growing company who are looking to bring in a Production manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a proactive, organised individual who thrives in a team environment.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and monitor customer orders to ensure timely delivery
Collaborate with Logistics, Purchasing, QA, and other departments to support smooth operations
Ensure compliance with cGMP, validation, and Health & Safety requirements
Manage investigations, deviations, audits, and SOP documentation
Set production targets, monitor performance, and implement improvements
Support training, resource planning, and team development
Skills & Experience
Proven leadership and team management experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
High attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills at all levels
