Senior Product Manager - Star Trek Fleet Command
Scopely is looking for a Senior Product Manager to join our Star Trek Fleet Command team in Dublin, Barcelona, or the UK on a hybrid/remote first basis.
Star Trek Fleet Command is a 4 X MMO launched in 2018 and continues to evolve, consistently ranking among the top 10 gross revenue Massive Multiplayer Strategy games on the market.

What You Will Do
Strategic Planning and Execution: Collaborate closely with one of our feature teams to develop and refine the development team roadmap, steering vision and strategy.
Oversee the feature lifecycle – from specification writing to launching core features.
Manage product requirements and feature quality from inception to delivery, including release analysis and reporting.
Live Operations Initiatives: Implement player-focused improvements, in‑game events, sales and campaigns.
Player's Advocate: Prioritize player experience in every decision, aligning development with the target audience's needs and desires.
Understand and address player issues to enhance the game and identify key initiatives to improve customer and player experiences.
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership in daily tasks and larger projects, ensuring quality and timely execution.
Data Analysis and Insights: Manage and analyze game and market metrics, synthesizing data to derive actionable insights and recommendations.
Communication and Collaboration: Serve as a vocal and proactive member of the team, actively communicate complex ideas clearly and maintain visibility with upper management and cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and address potential issues.
What We're Looking For
Product Expertise: 3+ years of experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
Analytical Thinking: Comfortable interpreting data and market trends to guide decision making, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
User Experience Knowledge: Understanding of player behavior and user experience, with the ability to connect player needs to product and company goals.
Prioritization Skills: Skilled in managing backlogs, setting goals, and choosing the right tools and techniques to achieve high‑quality results.
Influential Leadership: Strong collaborator with a track record of mentoring and empowering others, even without direct authority.
Bonus Points
Experience in product management and/or product development in software or live services.
Live Operation Experience: previous working experience owning live operations on a major F2 P title.
Genre Experience: experience in either 4 X strategy or MMORPG games.
