Facilities Coordinator Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support our upper facilities management team.
* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with established building processes and best practices.
* Coordinate planned preventive maintenance (PPM) appointments with external vendors.
* Obtain quotations for reactive works and manage vendor relationships.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities.
* Process purchase requests and goods receipts for maintenance supplies.
* Manage statutory and health and safety records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Assist in preparing for audits and provide coverage for the assistant facilities manager as needed.
* Support with event setup and reception coverage on occasion.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in facilities, property management, or related fields.
* Familiarity with local occupational health and safety regulations and critical facilities management principles.
* Proficiency in various property systems and software.
* Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and deliver projects flawlessly.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Possession of passion for delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction.
