Your impact
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer within OpenText Cloud Services, you will play a critical role in designing, operating, and continuously improving highly available, secure, and scalable public cloud platforms. You will enable the reliable delivery of OpenText's AI-enabled, industry-leading SaaS solutions to customers worldwide, while setting technical standards, leading by example, and driving operational excellence across cloud environments. Your work will directly influence platform stability, performance, cost efficiency, and customer trust at global scale.
What the role offers
* Ownership of designing, deploying, and operating enterprise-scale public cloud infrastructure supporting critical SaaS workloads
* A senior technical leadership role influencing cloud standards, architecture, and reliability practices
* Exposure to complex, multi-vendor cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP) with Kubernetes at scale
* Opportunities to mentor engineers, share knowledge, and shape SRE best practices
* Hands-on involvement in performance optimization, cost management, and reliability engineering
* Collaboration with global engineering, architecture, and product teams in a high-impact environment
What you need to succeed
* Extensive xperience operating and supporting production cloud environments at scale
* Strong expertise in at least one major hyperscaler (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes (EKS, AKS, GKE)
* Proven experience with Infrastructure as Code and automation (Terraform, CloudFormation, Packer)
* Solid background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices within Agile delivery models
* Strong troubleshooting, incident management, and root-cause analysis skills for high-availability systems
* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to lead technical discussions and engage stakeholders
