What You'll Be Doing:
System Management and Optimisation: lead day-to-day administration of Safety Culture platform
Data Reporting and Analysis: build, maintain and update Power BI dashboards to provide insights
Training and Engagement: support on incident reporting and investigations and maintain Health and Safety Training Matrix
Continuous Improvement: drive improvement of digital safety tools and support future system implementations
Cross Functional Collaboration: work with internal teams across all sites and department to support EHS compliance
What You'll Need to Succeed:
Attention to detail: you spot risks and ensure records are up to date and accurate
Problem solving mindset: you enjoy investigating issues and developing practical solutions
Systems focused: able to maintain existing systems and support on developments
Analytical Experience: knowledge and experience using Power BI to build dashboards
Proactive and organised: able to manage your time and tasks and take ownership of responsibilities
