Frazer Jones services have been secured by a dynamic city centre organization. This company are seeking a detail-oriented HR Data & Reporting Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on turning data into actionable insights and enjoys working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.This company operate a hybrid working structure with 2 days per week based in the office. This is a contract role for approx. 4-6 months.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze HR data from HR database and other sources to uncover trends and insights.Build and maintain dashboards tracking key workforce metrics (e.g., headcount, attrition, hiring, engagement).Collaborate with HR Business Partners to translate data into strategic recommendations.Create visually engaging reports and presentations for leadership audiences.Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timeliness across HR systems.Extract and manipulate large datasets using Excel (pivot tables, lookups, formulas, charts).Deliver recurring and ad hoc reports under tight deadlines.Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and analytics processes.Partner with cross-functional teams to enhance data quality and reporting capabilities.About YouAnalytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.Experience with HR data platforms.Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.Excellent time management and organizational skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Preferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in HR, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.2–4 years' experience in HR analytics or reporting.Experience in a global, matrixed organization is a plus.To discover more about this contract position, apply now or contact Clair Schindler at for a confidential discussion.
