We are looking for a motivated and experienced Scrum Master/Project Manager to lead Agile teams and ensure successful project delivery. This hybrid role combines Agile facilitation with traditional project management responsibilities, offering a unique opportunity to work on automation and AI tools.
A snapshot of your key responsibilities:
* Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
* Act as a coach and servant leader to Agile teams, removing blockers and enabling high performance.
* Ensure adherence to Scrum principles and best practices.
* Collaborate closely with Product Owners and development teams to maintain a clear and prioritised backlog.
* Take ownership of overall project delivery, including planning, budgeting, scope, and resource management.
* Drive project timelines and deliverables across multiple teams or workstreams.
* Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.
* Contribute to roadmap development and support strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Project Manager, or similar dual-function role, driving team performance and delivering results.
* Strong knowledge of Scrum principles and proven experience facilitating Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, reviews).
* Experience managing project planning, budgeting, scoping, and resourcing.
* Experience in automation and technology deployment projects, ideally involving AI tools or AI related projects.
* Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Opportunity type: 12-month contract, Hybrid in Cork (possibility of remote work)
