The Role As Production Manager, youll be at the heart of operations, ensuring production targets are met while maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
Your responsibilities will include: Leading, motivating, and developing production staff, including shift planning and training.
Overseeing equipment and working with maintenance teams to reduce downtime and maximise output.
Managing daily operations in line with production targets and company goals.
Monitoring stock to ensure efficiency.
Reporting on performance, quality, and production to senior management.
About You Were looking for a confident leader with a solid background inagri-food or manufacturing operations who can inspire teams and streamline processes.
You will bring: Hands-on experience in milling or related production environments.
Proven ability to manage and motivate staff.
Strong understanding of health & safety and compliance requirements.
Excellent planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Desirable Skills Qualification in engineering, agriculture, or production management.
Experience with Lean or continuous improvement techniques.
IT proficiency and maintenance planning knowledge.
HACCP Trained.
