Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team. The role involves generating new business, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets through face-to-face meetings with clients in designated territories.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new sales opportunities within the assigned territory.
* Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations with prospective and existing clients.
* Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through regular visits and consistent follow-up.
* Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports.
* Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer support, operations) to ensure customer satisfaction.
* Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry functions as required.
* Manage territory effectively, including planning daily routes and optimising time spent with clients.
