Project Delivery Specialist Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing sound project management practices to ensure the timely completion of complex projects.

The role involves:

* Developing project plans and schedules, and executing them to achieve agreed outcomes.
* Providing visible leadership and setting an example.
* Chairing progress meetings and following through with planned actions.
* Liaising with cross-functional teams, including Design Teams, Project Teams & Subcontractors.
* Co-ordinating project activities in accordance with company quality standards and engineering specifications.
* Managing the day-to-day lifecycle of projects from initial stages to hand-over.
* Meeting agreed objectives in areas of timely delivery, cost, quality, and client satisfaction.
* Resolving critical site issues and ensuring effective project execution.
* Delivering projects successfully through leadership, management, technical and engineering expertise throughout the project life cycle.

Responsibilities include managing projects according to production targets and workflow of subcontractors, ensuring alignment with program of works on site.
