Main Purpose of the Role:
Our ideal candidate is responsible for ensuring that the store operates efficiently and effectively, providing customers with excellent customer service and a fresh food offering in a clean, safe environment on weekends. This role involves delivering key store targets (sales and profitability) through effective management of people and operations.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have/Be:
* At least one year's experience in a customer-facing role
* Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
* Experience balancing cash and tills
* A highly driven individual with a strong work ethic
* An understanding of how to achieve KPIs and targets
* Commercial awareness and brand understanding
* A passion for grocery retail
* Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to multitask under pressure
* Organizational skills, including delegating responsibilities and supporting team members

* Takes initiative and adapts to new ideas and working methods
