What you will do

PGIM Private Capital (Ireland) Limited (“PPC”) is seeking a Fund Operations Associate to support its Fund Operations/Finance team.

The Fund Operations team is a unit within PPC responsible for the financial oversight and reporting of multiple credit fund strategies and their limited partnerships.

What you can expect

Prepare financial statements and investment returns for funds and separate accounts.

Assist in the preparation and review of investor communications, including capital activity and quarterly reporting

Support with Fund cash / liquidity management and payment of vendors.

Collaborate with the funds’ auditors to ensure that reporting deadlines are met.

Proactively manage and complete ad hoc initiatives, e.g. share issuance notices.

Reporting dividends to limited partnerships.

Provide support for VAT and other tax returns.

Build working relationship with external Fund Administration.

Join a global operations team by working with staff located in Chicago, Newark, and Ireland.

What you will bring

Experience of fund administration, accounting, tax or operations experience in financial services.

Strong written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail is essential.

High-energy person who brings positivity, geniality and optimism to work.

Critical thinking and problem-solving experience a must.

Previous experience with financial statement preparation and accounting guidelines is a plus.

What will set you apart?

Previous exposure with Wall Street Office or Allvue (fka Black Mountain) is a plus.

Previous exposure with Direct Lending and private credit funds is a plus
