Project Procurement Manager
We are seeking an experienced Project Procurement Manager to oversee procurement activities, manage costs, resources, and identify potential risks within projects.

Key Responsibilities
* Manage overall procurement cost and resources for the project, identifying risks and proposing solutions.
* Develop procurement strategies, including supplier qualification, selection, price negotiation, and contract drafting.
* SOURCE NEW SUPPLIERS, BUILD A SUPPLIER MAP, AND MAINTAIN STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY SUPPLIER DECISION-MAKERS.
* MANAGE SUPPLIER PERFORMANCE, CONDUCT EVALUATIONS, AND IMPLEMENT IMPROVEMENT PLANS WHERE NECESSARY.
* ADDRESS PROJECT-RELATED COMPLAINTS AND WORK TO RESOLVE SUPPLIER ISSUES EFFECTIVELY.
Requirements
* A BACHELOR'S DEGREE OR HIGHER IN CIVIL WORK, ENGINEERING, GREEN ENERGY, OR A RELATED FIELD.
* AT LEAST 5 YEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE.
* EXPERIENCE IN DATA CENTRE CONSTRUCTION, CIVIL WORK, OR GREEN ENERGY IS ADVANTAGEOUS.
* PROFICIENCY IN OFFICE SOFTWARE (EXCEL, POWERPOINT, OFFICE) AND COST ANALYSIS.
* ABILITY TO WORK INDEPENDENTLY IN A FAST-PACED, CHANGING ENVIRONMENT.
* STRONG COMMUNICATION AND INTERPERSONAL SKILLS.
* FLUENT IN SPOKEN AND WRITTEN ENGLISH.
* PROACTIVE AND TARGET-ORIENTED WORK ATTITUDE.
