General Manager - Contract Catering Dungarvan | €55,000 | Monday to Friday | 7:00am - 3:30pm The Noel Group is proud to partner with a prestigious client in the Catering industry to search for a General Manager in Dungarvan. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead a well-established contract catering operation serving approximately 400 customers daily with a team of 15 staff. The successful candidate will take full ownership of the site, ensuring high standards across service delivery, team performance, and financial control. Our client is a leading contract catering provider known for delivering high-quality food services within corporate environments, with a strong focus on efficiency, consistency, and client satisfaction. The Duties Oversee the daily operations of a high-volume contract catering site Lead, manage, and develop a team of 15 staff members Ensure consistent delivery of high-quality food and customer service standards Manage financial performance including budgets, labour costs, and food margins Maintain compliance with HACCP, health & safety, and company policies Build strong client relationships and ensure service level agreements are met Drive operational improvements and efficiencies across the site Coordinate menus, stock control, and supplier relationships The Must Requirements to be Considered Must have experience in hospitality Must have experience in a similar role or be ready to step forward in their career Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing high-volume food service operations Living in Ireland and have the right to work in ROI Visa and relocation packages are not provided Salary & Benefits Salary: €55,000 per annum (negotiable depending on experience) Monday to Friday schedule (7:00am - 3:30pm) offering excellent work-life balance Opportunities for career progression within the company Access to professional development and training programs A dynamic and supportive working environment
