The Opportunity This role combines platform ownership with a longer-term pathway into a Digital Lead position.Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully.You will build, implement, govern, and scale as the Single Source of Truth for delivery, translating agreed processes into structured, sustainable workflows.Over time, you will expand into shaping the organisation's wider digital strategy, identifying opportunities across automation, tooling, and emerging tech, and leading execution.Key Responsibilities Implement and scale as an enterprise-grade delivery platform Build structured boards, workflows, templates, dashboards, and automations Translate agreed business processes into scalable system architecture Enforce governance, data integrity, naming standards, and permissions Prevent duplication, workaround builds, and platform sprawl Maintain documentation for workflows, templates, and governance standards Support proof-of-concept builds and evolve them into reusable assets Partner with delivery leads, process owners, and leadership to align builds with operating models Identify platform constraints, risks, and optimisation opportunities Contribute to broader digital planning, tooling strategy, and execution over time Required Experience Hands-on experience implementing and building environments (not just using it as a PM tool) Strong knowledge of board architecture, columns, automations, dependencies, and permissions Experience designing scalable templates, workflows, and governance structures Ability to translate process maps and workflow designs into structured system builds Strong attention to detail, data integrity, and operational consistency Experience supporting delivery, operations, or programme teams Nice to Have Experience rolling out across multiple teams or functions Background in delivery, transformation, or process consulting xsokbrc Exposure to operational reporting, dashboards, and platform governance Experience supporting organisations moving away from spreadsheet-based workflows Location Hybrid (Ireland-based) Occasional onsite work may be required Why Apply Own and scale a core delivery platform Influence company-wide digital direction over time Build systems that genuinely shape how work gets done Join a business that values clarity, structure, and execution Reperio Human Capital acts as an Employment Agency and an Employment Business.
